Accelerated lifetime testing
Preliminary testing has been conducted on the EcoHoist chain links that were manufactured with our proprietary material and manufacturing method. More specifically, these prototype links have been subject to ultimate tensile tests and cyclic loading tests. In the cyclic loading test, the test links endured an impressive 20 years of cycle life without a single failure. The decision to conclude the testing was solely based on adhering to the allocated schedule time. This reasearch and development activity has given us confidence in the safety and longevity of our designs.

Subscale demonstration
The subscale demonstration is a key step in unlocking the EcoHoist opportunity for the mining industry. This project will demonstrate several important capabilities, including the ability to load and unload material at the desired rates without spillage as well as availability and reliabililty. The subscale demonstration will be rated to about 50 tonnes per hour and will stand at 6 metres tall.

Project Details
The subscale demonstration will be constructed near our head office in Adelaide, South Australia, approximately 20 minutes from the Adelaide Airport (ADL).
